Vancouver, BC – FPS Food Process Solutions (“FPS”), a global leader in turn-key freezing and cooling equipment, opens a new Middle East/Africa (MEA) office in the port facility of Tanger Med, Morocco. The FPS MEA office will act as a hub for business activities as it offers full logistics and operational efficiency for the Middle East/Africa region – a value-added benefit for FPS customers. This includes the provision of sales, parts, service and retrofits.

FPS Food Process Solutions Opens Mexico Operations to Serve Latin America
Vancouver, BC – FPS Food Process Solutions (“FPS”), a global leader in turn-key freezing and cooling equipment, opens a new facility in Monterrey, Mexico. The new office will oversee Latin American markets including Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, and Peru.
The 10,600 sq ft (1,000 m2) facility is fully operational, providing sales, engineers and parts and services. The new office will provide support not only for Latin America but for Canada and the US as well.
“Latin America is by and far, a major export market. Our goal is to help drive production capacity as well as hygienic standards to meet global demand,” stated Jeffrey Chang, President, FPS Food Process Solutions Corp. “With exponential growth in the meat, poultry, produce and bakery sectors, we are in the right place at the right time to meet this demand.”

FPS Food Process Solutions Opens New Corporate Headquarters as Part of Continued Global Expansion
Vancouver, BC – In response to its continued expansion, FPS Food Process Solutions (“FPS”), a global leader in turn-key freezing and cooling equipment, moves into its new corporate headquarters in a high-tech business park in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Located at 13911 Wireless Way, FPS occupies the entire ground floor of the 23,000 sq ft facility.
The new corporate headquarters is the fifth location to open in the Richmond area, in addition to its existing nearby manufacturing and office locations, all within a 10 km radius.

FPS Food Process Solutions Continues Growth Expansion with Senior Appointments
Vancouver, BC – FPS Food Process Solutions (“FPS”), a global leader in turn-key freezing and cooling equipment, announces internal senior appointments for continued growth expansion.
Richard Quélo is promoted to General Manager, Europe to focus on the company’s growing business operations. This appointment is in addition to heading the European sales division, where he will be gaining new responsibilities including but not limited to developing, planning, and executing growth strategies, bringing FPS’s stringent hygiene and food safety standards to European markets. Richard brings more than 25 years of food industry expertise including F&B, bakery, and potato products.
Jason MacDougall is Director, Global Procurement. Jason had been acting on behalf of FPS on global procurement efforts since June 2020 and fully transitioned into the role in November 2021. Jason’s responsibilities include mapping out best-in-class procurement functions to support the broader transformation of FPS’s values and continued global expansion including cost management, supplier partnership development, and bulk buy negotiations. With over 30 years of purchasing and business operations expertise, Jason is integral to ensuring a secure, global supply for all of FPS’s global entities.
Jason Cathey is promoted to Director of Service, US Operations. Jason joined FPS in January 2020 as Business Development Manager focused on client service and support in the US aftermarket region. His new responsibilities include technical service support, audits, site visits and customer relationship management. With more than 20 years in the food processing industry, having worked at Tyson Foods as maintenance manager, Jason will bring invaluable on the ground experience to better serve FPS’s US client base.

FPS Food Process Solutions Commits to US Manufacturing for US Market
Vancouver, BC – In a strategic move to serve the growing US market, FPS Food Process Solutions (“FPS”), a global leader in turn-key freezing and cooling equipment, announces its second acquisition in Michigan as FPS’s new US Headquarters effective March 30, 2022.
The 140,000 sq ft facility will support and grow the US market as a strategic location to provide US-based manufacturing, fabrication, and service. The additional expansion comes right after the acquisition of its wholly owned 12,000 sq ft Parts and Service Centre announcement in February 2022.
